Arkadi Papoyan Head Of Foreign Relations and Diaspora Department at Ministry of Education and Scien

On the 21st of June 2019 Arkadi Papoyan Head Of the Foreign Relations and Diaspora Department at Ministry of Education and Science of Republic Of Armenia visited the Indian Cultural Center of Armenia.

IAF Co-founder and President Mr Rananjay Anand and vice President Mrs Ruzanna Ashughyan welcomed Mr Papoyan to the Indian Cultural Center and introduced him to the center's facilities and activities.

They discussed in detail about the various Indian investment interests in the education field in Armenia, while trying to explore the various regulations and state policy regarding foreign investments in education in Armenia.

Discussions were also held about how Indo-Armenian Friendship NGO & Indian Cultural Center can cooperate with the ministry on various projects in the future.

Mr Arkadi was quite open to ideas and cooperation to bring out the best possible quality results emerging out of India-Armenia cooperation.

Now is the most favourable time to engage both countries for a long-term and mutually fruitful collaborations through a public-private partnership.
