Ambassador of Armenia to India visits Indian Cultural Centre
On the 18th of October 2021 His Excellency Yuri Babakhanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of India visited the Indian Cultural Centre, Armenia.
His Excellency was received by IAF Co-Founder and President Mr Rananjay Anand, Vice President Mr Karen Hovhannisyan, Joint Secretary Mr Karen Mkrtchyan, members and working staff of Indian Cultural Centre and Indo-Armenian friends.
During his long-overdue visit His Excellency got to see the facilities of the Indian cultural centre and was briefed about the various in-house activities conducted here.
The sides discussed the prospects on Indo-Armenian relations and spoke extensively about the recent visit of His Excellency Dr S. Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs Government of India to Armenia. We were excited to note the visit has resulted in a number of exciting agreements which will see Indo-Armenian cooperation in many new spheres.
IAF President Rananjay Anand also briefed His Excellency about the future activities and plans of the Indo-Armenian Friendship NGO. The Armenian ambassador assured us of his support and cooperation and agreed to work on a number of joint projects in the coming months.
